Once our field technician completes doorstep inspection, digital weighing, and payout to the customer, the transaction is non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstance or request.

To maintain strict environmental compliance and operational efficiency, all acquired scrap and electronics are immediately sorted, dismantled, and dispatched for industrial recycling straight after purchasing.
